Production Assistant
Help bring English National Opera’s productions to life by coordinating schedules, supporting rehearsals and keeping busy, creative projects organised from start to finish.
Salary: £26,936 per annum pro rata
Contract: 6-month fixed term contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: London Coliseum & other locations as required
We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join English National Opera and support the successful delivery of productions across the organisation. This varied role combines production administration, scheduling, budget support, health and safety coordination, technical documentation and rehearsal support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively while keeping complex projects organised and on track. You'll gain invaluable experience, helping ensure productions are delivered to the highest operational and artistic standards.
Requirements:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook etc)
The ability to work within a busy production department and form cohesive working relationships with colleagues and creatives
The ability to plan and organise workload
Empathetic to the aims and ambitions of ENO
Confident, initiative driven individual who is able to build close team relationships, enthuse people and provide support to all departments across the organisation
